| Would be a great conception in the details and text commitments in planing and subcontracting RFP that really engage the people who historically been left out. The details of the ongoing income made from this project needs residual funding into the community such as grants for school or small business. Phase by phase needs all community input not just the purse gate holders! I would like to see the AMI percentage of term Affordable clearly stated and not presumed. |
