| My name is Trish Hulette and I am 55, Disabled, and am raising my 5 year old grandson Isaiah. I was receiving a food box for him until his insurance changed. Right now I am petrified my landlord will be selling his 6 homes he owns with the land, and Isaiah and I will be homeless. My credit is excellent, but my income being on SSDI is only $1087.00 per month. How do I go about possibly getting (buying) a HUD home with some money down ? I see all the time that one can buy a home for like $100.00 down ! Sounds to good to be true, but again I am desperate and have an excellent renting record ! I have NEVER missed a payment nor been late in 7 years this coming December … PLEASE HELP ME, any knowledge about this would be appreciated, I’ll be looking forward to hearing back from you !!! |
