EaZyHold: eazyhold.com/
It’s been a while since my last Product Review blog, but it doesn’t mean I haven’t been having fun.
EaZyHold was sent to us in December (yes, I’m embarrassed), but since I don’t garden, I borrowed the services of a neighbor who lives outdoors. At first she was skeptical and didn’t want to give up her treasured garden tools, but lunch and a promise of anonymity did the trick.
The best thing she liked about EaZyHold was being able to plant her seeds and flowers without “overspilling.” She could hold her planters with a steadier grip. And she couldn’t get over how her hands didn’t cramp or ache after a few hours. Weeks later, she was still using the EaZyHold instead of her other gardening tools.
The EaZyHold isn’t just for gardeners, either. It can be used on utensils, drinkware and more for those with limited mobility or without limbs. The product is 100% food-grade silicone, BPA-free and latex-free.
The EaZyHold comes in three packages:
* 10 pack – Every EaZyHold Size: $80
* Elderly Female 3-pack Hand Grip Assistive Device: $19.99
* Senior Men 3-pack Grips for X-Large Hands: $19.99

Swanson Vitamins: www.swansonvitamins.com/
The only topic more popular than mental health is healthy aging. Seniors want to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle for as long as possible.
Swanson Vitamins claims its “science-backed supplements make it easy to support healthy aging, immunity and brain health without spending a fortune.” It offers an astounding 1,500 products in 36 categories.
I am always skeptical of such claims and hesitant to try over-the-counter products, but since I love to exercise and dance, I chose the Hyaluronic Acid Complex for Joint Health and Mobility. Before I started taking the pills, I could barely lift my left arm to shoulder level. Years of weightlifting was taking its toll. About two weeks later, I noticed my arm didn’t hurt as much to lift and by the third week, I could lift my heavy weights again with no pain. And my other joints stopped aching as well.
It’s been three weeks since the pills ran out, and my arm still doesn’t hurt. I’m so impressed, I plan to order another bottle. It really did the trick.
