The Voice of the Black Community

Welcome Mr. Trice! Your arrival is long overdue and I certainly feel that the need for a diversity officer is critical, as the culturally and linguistically diverse populations continue to grow. As a speech-language pathologist, I honor "diversability," which celebrates the joining of diverse abilities. I am currently in the doctoral program at FSU for Ed Leadership and understand the need for your position to champion for students that otherwise would not have a voice...among the marginalized groups. Thank you Mr. Sutton for recognizing the need and for your tireless efforts to ensure equitable measures are in place and reinforced.
