'I Feel Like That' by Telvin Wallace
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we invite you to attend an event that is part of the programming that complements "I Feel Like That" exhibition at Block Gallery. On May 2 at 12:30 p.m., The Black on Black project will host an Artist Talk and Brown Bag Lunch with artist Telvin Wallace. He'll discuss the works and why he decided to share such a personal part of himself and those close to him. Jimmy Johns has sponsored lunch so there will be sandwiches and chips. You're encouraged to bring your own beverage. The event is free, but since we're providing lunch and space is limited so RSVP at www.eventbrite.com. The exhibition will be on view until May 31. Visit www.blackonblackproject.com and follow the hashtag #IFeelLikeTelvin.
