'You Can Fly: The Tuskegee Airmen"
The Page-Walker Arts and History Center presents an exhibition of scratchboard illustrations by Jeffery Boston Weatherford from his award-winning children’s book, “You Can Fly: The Tuskegee Airmen.” The exhibition will run through February 8 at the center’s gallery at 119 Ambassador Loop. A reception on January 31 from 6 to 8 p.m. offers a chance to meet the artist and to hear excerpts from the book, which is authored by Weatherford’s mother, Carole Boston Weatherford.
