FSU women’s basketball ‘pay it forward’

FAYETTEVILLE – The Fayetteville State University women’s basketball program has sparked an initiative titled “Pay It Forward” to show appreciation and acknowledge to people in their daily lives. Each of the student-athletes and the coaching staff provided a random act of kindness to a faculty and/or staff member on campus.

Millbrook freshman quarterback Sam Hood threw for three touchdowns to lead the Wildcats to a 54-13 victory over Wakefield in junior varsity action. Hood hit Junior Corona for 69 yards, Drew Johnson for 16 and Ben Williard for 2 yards.
