Request for Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications for Engineering Services for Revised System Development Fees for

Sanitary Sewer Service (RFQ 18-010)

The County of Durham, North Carolina requests Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide “Engineering Services for Revised System Development Fees for Sanitary Sewer Service.”


A complete description of the Scope of Services and additional information may be obtained from the Durham County Purchasing Division of the Finance Department, 200 East Main Street, 4th Floor, Durham, NC 27701, or by emailing your request to purchasinggroup@dconc.gov. Questions concerning administrative matters should be directed to Hilda W. Williams, Senior Procurement Specialist, at (919) 560-0054.


Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications will be received by the Purchasing Division until 2:00 P.M., on October 12, 2017, in accordance with applicable provisions of North Carolina General Statutes and Durham County Ordinances and policies. Proposals received after that date and time will not be accepted.


The County reserves the right to reject any and all letters of interest or any portions thereof, or select the letters which in its opinion, are in the best interest of the County.
