GoFund Campaign - UPDATED 4/30

Posted by: Editor-Bonitta Best on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 12:00:00 am

Two GoFundMe campaigns have been set up to assist families and businesses impacted by Wednesday’s gas explosion in downtown Durham.

A GoFundMe website for the family of Kong Lee, who owned a local coffee shop and was killed in the blast, is https://www.gofundme.com/lee-family-support. So far, $150,000 has been collected to help the family with funeral expenses, mortgage payments and provide security while they rebuild the shop.
